QNX Celebrates Launch of Blackberry Playbook

Creators of the Blackberry, Research in Motion (RIM) announced the global launch of the Blackberry Playbook last week. The arrival of the Playbook to market has been widely publicized, much to the excitement of our clients at QNX Software Systems, who are responsible for developing the Playbook’s operating system – the QNX Neutrino RTOS.

The Blackberry Playbook has already received praise for many of its features, such as impressive navigation and highly capable multi-tasking (while also being Flash-compatible), and is being considered a popular choice for a variety of audiences. As the device continues to gain traction in the market, BSL has helped QNX put together a short promotional video that highlights some of its exciting features.
