BSL Nominated for CSS Design Award

BSL was pleased to learn yesterday that we are in the running for a CSS Design Award, for our work on Alcatel-Lucent’s The Shift website.

“CSS Design Awards is a living archive of the world's greatest websites and an inspirational showcase celebrating emerging talent. The goal of CSS Design Awards is to capture every step in the rapid evolution of web design and to shine a light on designers that inspire us all.”

In 2010 our clients at Alcatel-Lucent approached BSL with a request to develop a website dedicated to a revolutionary new book called The Shift. Written by Allison Cerra, VP of Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs for Alcatel-Lucent and Christina James, Director of Solutions Marketing for Alcatel-Lucent, The Shift offers valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing network operators, in today’s “I want it now” environment. Based on innovation in the social media world, the website needed to include elements that demonstrate the new media environment these new revenue models are based on.
