
BSL Helps Launch Ottawa This Week

Citizens all over Ottawa can be heard shouting “Thank God it’s Thursday!” this morning, as they receive their free copy of Ottawa’s new hyper-local, community-based weekly newspaper, Ottawa This Week. As the city’s only truly local source for what’s happening in the region, Ottawa This Week is quickly becoming a primary source for neighbourhood news, special events listings and retail offers for the Ottawa community.
BSL was enlisted by publisher Metroland Media to help launch Ottawa This Week. We responded with a campaign hailing Thursday the new start of the week – as the paper’s valuable and staunchly local content prepares readers for the bustling weekend. We developed OC Transpo kingboards and radio spots to get citizens counting down to Thursday.
