BSL Addresses Web 2.0 at MarCom 2007
June 6, 2007
BSL will once again be showcasing our expertise at MarCom, a two-day symposium on public sector and NPO marketing. This year’s theme is “Exploring the Art and Science of Marketing”, and our Senior Strategist, Scott Duncan, will be leading a June 7th roundtable discussion on the topic of — appropriately enough — Web 2.0.
Web 2.0 is the phrase adopted to describe the latest generation of web-based communities and user-generated content that can be found in blogs and at sites such as YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, and Wikipedia. Scott’s opening remarks will address how Internet uses are changing, and specifically how web 2.0 advances can be used to strengthen your networks.
Banfield-Seguin is a supporting sponsor of MarCom 2007, which takes place on June 6th and 7th at Hampton Inn Ottawa and Conference Centre.
