May 22, 2007

Scott Duncan, Senior Strategist

We are pleased to welcome Scott to our team in the role of Senior Strategist. With nine years’ experience as an Information Architect and Strategic Planner for some of Canada’s largest advertising agencies, Scott has the invaluable ability to make the complex seem straightforward. He now brings this strength to bear on the broader-focused strategic marketing and communications initiatives of Banfield-Seguin.

Scott’s previous work has laid the foundation for complex online applications, high-profile global initiatives, and compelling brand experiences for client such as Bell Canada, The Royal Canadian Mint, Rogers, RBC, Nike, Molson, and Canada Post.

He has an Honours BA from McGill, and is currently pursuing his Masters from UQAM.

Caroline Malo, Media Strategist

Caroline is also newly affiliated with the BSL strategy office. She will bring extensive expertise in media, channel and brand strategies along with strong creative and analytical skills to the role of Media Strategist.

At Marketel Montreal, Caroline developed media plans for clients such as L’Oréal Paris, SAQ and Nautilus Plus. As Director of Channel Strategy, she hired and trained media strategists, directed interactive media team operations, and directed the national communication strategy for Maybelline New York. As account director for Maybelline, she managed branding and communication strategies, creative, and media planning, campaign resources and business development.

Caroline has her Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill, and a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées (DESS) in Marketing Communications from HEC Montreal.

Both she and Scott are fully bilingual.
